WIND-DOWN

In-person weekly drop-in workshops in the Scottish Borders

Thursdays at Evergreen Hall, Hawick 6pm - 7:15pm

Wind-Down

A mindful hour just for you - your time to reflect, reset and relax.

Wind-Down is a weekly opportunity to pause and reflect on the week before preparing the body and mind for what might come next.

Vicky will lead the group in guided meditation, simple breathwork and stretching exercises before offering a space for creative reflection, and an opportunity for intention setting for the week ahead.

All writing and art-making materials will be provided, please bring a yoga mat and a blanket.

Each session lasts 75 minutes.

Testimonials from other workshops:

“Vicky gives me the time to calm down from the stress that everyday life can be, creates space for mindfulness as well as creativity and frees up my head in a very special way. Time in my week that I would otherwise most probably and sadly just waste on my phone.”

“Vicky holds space very well for all sorts of people and where we may be at at the time. No judgement.”

“Vicky creates an atmosphere in which being creative feels easy.”
